9 Future WWE Divas You Need To Know About

1. Bayley

Just a month ago, it was hard to see whether or not Bayley had what it took to make it on the main roster. After NXT Takeover 2, everybody seems to have fallen in love with her. Her match with Charlotte at Takeover 2 solidified that she can wrestle, she can tell a story in the ring and that she can capture the hearts of the fans. It€™s hard to recall a moment where we as a fan base were more legitimately bummed out about someone not winning a match, but it really did suck when Bayley lost. You felt for her character, who in many respects is a heightened extension of us as fans in a wrestling ring. It was almost as if you lost out on your biggest dream right along with her. Therein lies the power of her character and Bayley€™s performance. Never before has there been somebody as genuinely loveable as Bayley in the WWE. She is truly jazzed just to be in the WWE, because she is a fan first and foremost. Her enthusiasm for the business is refreshing for people like us who are just that, enthusiastic about the business. Watching her geek out over meeting Ric Flair or AJ or a myriad of other WWE Superstars/Legends is cool because that€™s how we feel when we get to meet our heroes. Bayley has built a special connection with fans, based on the fact that she is without question or embarrassment, one of us. She is a wrestling dork getting to live out what many of us dreamed about as kids, and that€™s getting to be a wrestler. She doesn€™t act cool about it, and she doesn€™t act higher than though about it. She acts genuinely excited by her good fortune, puts in the work to keep it going, and truly appreciates every minute that she gets to be perform for us. She€™s a more genuine version of John Cena, and easily the most adorable and relatable character on the roster. You can€™t help but fall in love with her.
