9 Hidden Meanings Behind Outlandish WWE SummerSlam 2018 Attires

8. Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose was perhaps SummerSlam's low key MVP, doing an awful lot with very very little as the unfringed and unhinged second to Seth Rollins in his Intercontinental Title scrap with Dolph Ziggler.

His facials and body language screamed out a heel turn many expected to follow - his performance was knowing of this expectation and played up to it marvellously as a result. Alongside his occasional sideways glances and less-than-supportive looks, Dean sported The Shield's flak jacket barely connected by the fraying ends of his zip.

It reflected perhaps the thread his relationship with Rollins was clinging on by - one he could tear apart with the simplest and quickest of strikes. It was Seth that ripped their brotherhood to pieces the first time - Ambrose won't be the one getting fooled again.
