9 HUGE AEW Fyter Fest Predictions You Need To Know

9. Michael Nakazawa Vs. Alexa Jebailey (Hardcore Match)

The disconnect between Double Or Nothing's Buy In pre-show and the main card was one of the biggest criticisms thrown at AEW's maiden pay-per-view.

DON itself was a fantastic pro-wrestling card, with a rich, varied cast of characters delivering seven delightfully different matches, highlighted by Cody and Dustin Rhodes' brilliant bloodbath. The Buy In? A jumbled (but enjoyable) battle royal populated by wacky personalities nobody had been given to invest in and a thinly-built Sammy Guevara vs. Kip Sabian exhibition.

The differences may be even more pronounced at Fyter Fest, particularly when oiled-up comedy wrestler Michael Nakazawa meets Alex Jebailey: the non-wrestling CEO head honcho who has grappled with Nakazawa in the past but isn't a regular competitor.

That Jebailey has trained hard and is as prepared as he can be for this is doubtless. He's clearly dedicated and his CEO gaming events feature a wrestling ring, so he's a fan. The bout might even be a boatload of fun, but new viewers may be turned away if the first thing they see is a zany comedy match. Regardless, the full-timer should win here.

Winner: Michael Nakazawa.
