Part-struggle, part-spectacle, this will hopefully be as rewarding as every beat of the story that's got us to this point.

A fragmented year for The Undisputed Era continued into the summer as Adam Cole went into battle with Pat McAfee at TakeOver: XXX and Kyle O'Reilly took Finn Bálor to the limit at TakeOver: 31. It was at the latter event where McAfee's Kings Of Wrestling plot revealed itself in the form of Ridge Holland's violent attack on Cole - though we didn't know that yet.

In the weeks that followed, Holland suffered a devastating injury, but McAfee's plans powered Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch to tag title success and Pete Dunne to potential main event prominence. The words were as loud as the actions too - McAfee is a confident and skilful orator years beyond Performance Center training.

The group have become all The Undisputed Era once were, in a time where that foursome has never felt more like two twos. Another loss awaits Adam Cole's army in the double cage, and it could prove to be their last as a fully functioning stable.
