9 HUGE WWE Survivor Series 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

1. CM Punk! CM Punk! CM Punk!

No longer how, nor even why, the question around CM Punk's participation at the 2019 Survivor Series can simply be boiled down to "why not?'

Promoted locally or ideally on the go-home edition of SmackDown, Punk's presence even in a limited capacity would sell virtually every remaining ticket for Sunday's show in his Chicago locale, then blow the roof off the Allstate Arena on the night.

During his brief-but-frank chat with Renee Young during his re-debut on this week's WWE Backstage, Punk noted that he worked for Fox rather than WWE, and a giant bridge was yet to be built with his former employers.

A one-off appearance at Survivor Series wouldn't need that - back in the fold and there to cut a short promo free from angles or any other main roster detritus, Punk getting to say hello to an adoring crowd he was never able to say goodbye to would be the moment of the show and bizarrely brilliant way to wrap up a tumultuous half-decade between the two sides.
