9 Minor WWE Royal Rumble 2018 Changes That Would Make A Major Difference
Fan's favourite Demon > Devil's.
You wouldn’t have known from this past Monday’s exercise in nostalgia that was RAW 25, but the Royal Rumble is right around the corner. Arguably WWE’s second biggest show of the year, the Rumble will set in motion many of the stories and feuds that will carry the company through to the Show of Shows, the Grandest Stage of Them All, the Ultimate Thrill Ride: WrestleMania 34.
As of right now, just six matches have been announced for the show, with Enzo Amore’s release seeing the Cruiserweight Championship match removed from the card. The show will make history whatever happens, at least, as the inaugural women’s Royal Rumble match is set to take place.
As with many other years previous, the pull of the Rumble match (or in this case, matches) itself will bring in most of the viewers. The rest of the card is lacking as a result. The sheer depth of WWE’s roster makes this somewhat inexcusable, however, and it wouldn’t take a huge amount of work to turn Royal Rumble 2018 from interesting to absolutely mandatory viewing.
Minor changes really do make a major difference.
