9 Next Steps For Triple H

So like it or not, there’s a strong possibility we could be seeing some kind of WrestleMania rematch in the shape of Triple H vs. Reigns when the Game eventually makes his full-time return.

Now, many fans may grimace at that idea, as their main event meeting in Dallas earlier this year was hardly a clash for the ages. However, I think that’s largely because of the ill-will that was surrounding the company’s all-too-obvious desire to have Reigns leave the show as champion. Take that WWE World Heavyweight Championship out of the equation, and as a straightforward grudge match this one might be a little better-received.

Unlike Triple H vs. Rollins though, I don’t think this one bears sufficient significance to be worthy of a spot at WrestleMania. So fingers crossed if we see Triple H vs. Roman Reigns at all, we see it before Triple H vs. Seth Rollins goes down.
