6. State Of The WWE Address / WWE Draft

It has been a while since WWE weighed up their roster on television, mainly because wrestlers are able to go between brands at will now. But rumours continue to persist of a new WWE draft, one which would more clearly outline WWE's brands. It would involve Raw, Smackdown, and NXT. Wrestlers could still move between shows, but they'd have a more solid regular base on one specific show. It kind of already happens, so it isn't too big of a leap to make. In doing a new draft, Vince could return the night after SummerSlam. It would be the perfect time to do it, right after a major show. It would also be his opportunity to offer a 'State Of The WWE' address, much like he did in 2012 when he evaluated Raw. It'd be a creative way to shake things up a bit, and with Vince you just know it'd make great television.
