9 Reasons To Stop Watching WWE RAW

9. Clear Your Head

How long has it been since you've taken an honest, multi-week long break from watching Monday Night RAW? If you had to think more than 15 seconds to answer this, you probably are due for a good break. By skipping RAW, you allow your brain the ability to clear the cache of bad wrestling data. Think of it like a soft reset in that, while not removing all of the important, long-term information, it's a fresh enough start that might boost performance. In other words, you may find yourself better enjoying the time spent in other ways. Continuously watching hour after hour, week after week can get tiresome and tedious, especially when the show is three hours long and has been lacking in entertainment value. As a fan of the NFL, if every American football game I decided to watch had only 10 minutes of excitement, or kept my interest for one or two segments, I wouldn't be a fan for very long. Most television shows only run for 10-12 weeks at a time, but the WWE is unique in that Monday Night RAW runs every week for 52 weeks a year. Watching any television show for too long without a break is likely to lead to a negative result and a brain that says "Enough!". Do yourself a favor and skip RAW for at least a few weeks, your brain may thank you.
