9 Reasons Triple H Needs To Stop Being An On Air Personality

3. To Make Way For New Stars

While Triple H's WWE World Heavyweight Championship win is arguably essential for the good of the Roman Reigns storyline, it also highlights a problem that is currently blighting WWE: the need for new stars. Obviously, this isn't the best time to be bringing this up with the plethora of injuries that have ravaged the main roster, but the fact remains that WWE are relying on far too many old stars and part times instead of creating new main event worthy talent. Outside of Seth Rollins - and Rusev before they completely killed him after WrestleMania last year - WWE has failed to create any main event level stars in recent years. Kevin Owens could get there, but only if WWE turn around this farcical little run he's been on of late. The likes of Hunter need to be stepping aside in the not too distant future.
