Hulk Hogan? Nope.

Ric Flair? Nah.

Shawn Michaels? No.

Koko B. Ware was Brian Kendrick’s absolute favourite wrestler growing-up. While not exactly the most obvious choice for a world-travelled ring veteran in his late 30’s to cite as an influence, Koko was an immensely popular midcarder throughout the 80’s and 90’s.

Fun-loving, free-wheeling, and rarely seen without his sidekick Frankie the Macaw, Koko is remember just as much for his colourful character as his in-ring career, which included a run as the late Owen Hart’s tag team partner.
