From 'Lit' to hit.

Former solider Tehuti Miles has come through some seriously damaging experiences relatively unscathed. At one point, during a tour of Afghanistan, he was blown back 10 feet by an explosion triggered behind a nearby wall, and it's a detonation Miles is sure would've killed him had the wall been thinner.

That's scary sh*t, and it caused untold mental anguish and PTSD for the new WWE recruit when he returned home. When you've watched fellow friends in uniform die before your very eyes, it changes everything, but Tehuti's outlook ("If I can do the military, I can do anything") is admirable.

The ex-army man and college football stand out is determined to become a success in pro wrestling. His painful memories have shaped who he is today, and they strangely stand him in good stead. As he says, nothing can be as jarring as almost being blown to bits or seeing people you know get killed.
