Was John Cena on a selfless streak in 2013 or what? Cena battled with the Authority's Randy Orton in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at TLC in December 2013, in a match that unified the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships. Orton had needed the Authority's help since beating Bryan at SummerSlam (even Shawn Michaels got involved in the 'let's all screw Daniel Bryan' fun and games) but needed no such interference to finish Cena off at TLC. Orton simply outsmarted Cena, handcuffing him to the ropes while he climbed the ladder and became the first ever Super Duper Undisputed World WWE Heavyweight Champion of all-time (or something like that). While Cena did try to RISE ABOVE BEING HANDCUFFED TO A RING ROPE by trying to remove said rope from the turnbuckle, he still lost to Orton.
