9 Ups & 2 Downs For AEW Collision (Nov 11 - Results & Review)

1. Collision Confusion

Since joining AEW, Lexy Nair has been a fantastic addition and is always absolutely on-point when featured as a backstage interviewer. After returning from injury and winning the TBS Championship, Kris Statlander has been completely killing it both in the ring and in her promo work. Willow Nightingale is great; an effervescent presence who forever brings so much energy and charisma to whatever she's involved in.

Unfortunately, Collision's backstage segment with Lexy, Stat, and Willow was a proper tough watch.

Ahead of her match against Julia Hart, Nightingale was good in the fighting babyface role, desperate to earn a shot for the TBS Title at Full Gear. It's with Nair and Statlander where the problems came in here, though.

For some reason, Lexy struggled to remember that Red Velvet and Skye Blue are the two other competitors vying for a spot in that Full Gear triple-threat for the TBS Title. Likewise, Statlander herself seemed to completely forget the name of the belt that was over her shoulder, while following that up by also struggling to remember the names of Red Velvet and Skye Blue.

We all have brain farts now and again, and this segment was certainly one of those moments for a couple of the ladies involved. Nothing major and just a momentary blip, but also something which warrants at least a mild Down.
