9 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Jan 27)

2. Party Crashers

Jon Moxley Rey Fenix
AEW

"A full-blown Bullet Club party," is what Karl Anderson referred to the Good Brothers' first match alongside The Young Bucks in five years as. Contrasting relationships with Don Callis aside, the foursome were in a celebratory mood, at least temporarily, before Rey Fenix and Jon Moxley crashed the scene in a hot show-closing angle.

Kenny Omega's death-sell on the Paradigm Shift left him face down on the canvas, totally lifeless. This even outdid Fenix's tremendous improvisation as he landing on the barricade after slightly overshooting a tope, fist-pumping with the adrenaline.

A fun match pitting Dark Order's Alex Reynolds, John Silver, Evil Uno, and Stu Grayson preceded this. Grayson was in the ring for a long, long time. Highlighting him appeared to be the main goal as he ran through a blistering hot tag before selling for an extended period, though Silver got to shine with his Cesaro-esque pop-pop-pop rampage as well. Sure, it's a loss for the Order, but they looked good - and it was great seeing these wrestlers put in a main event spotlight.
