9 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Jan 27)

4. This Simple Kind Of Man

Jon Moxley
AEW

Looking straight down the camera's lens, Jon Moxley was characteristically excellent as he tried to wrap his head around the mess before him.

Drama surrounds the former AEW World Champion. From the tangled relationship between Kenny Omega, Don Callis, The Good Brothers, and The Young Bucks, to Death Triangle's recent issues with Eddie Kingston's Family, Mox is on the edge of ridiculous drama. It's a good job he's a simple man, then, who likes his beer cold, coffee hot, water at room temperature, and sex in the morning because it's a good way to start the day.

Himself, his left hand, and his right hand are the only things Moxley trusts. He doesn't know what will happen at Beach Break, but he knows it'll be wild.

There isn't a more reliable talker in the business than Moxley these days. He's the king of selling whatever storyline he's involved in and getting you into it, which is exactly what he did here. Simple, effective, and full of character.
