9 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Dynamite (May 19)

1. Third Wheeling

PAC already feels like the third wheel in his feud with Kenny Omega and Orange Cassidy - and that's a problem.

It started two weeks ago. Omega claimed he wanted to face PAC, the more conventionally prestigious wrestler, but only interacted with Cassidy, whom he ran down before the Blood & Guts cage. From that moment, the Bastard was on an island. Then, last night, Omega and Don Callis tried to talk Orange out of wrestling at Double Or Nothing, giving him a contract guaranteeing him a future shot at Kenny if he walked away from the pay-per-view. Cassidy tore the first one up, so Don delivered a second after Kenny had threatened to end Orange's career.

Later, PAC was restricted to a promo that barely lasted a minute. It was delivered with typical venom and bile, yet he still feels like an outsider looking in here.

The trio needs to be brought together in a big way on the go-home show. This feels more like a straight-up Cassidy vs. Omega story than a three-way at the moment. PAC, hopefully, will acknowledge this in whatever he does next week.
