Snagging the opening slot on the show was the six-woman tag's best shot at relevancy, so it was nice to see WWE recognise that they needed freshness on their side. Refreshingly, this was the kind of opener that the company would never have booked back when In Your House was a bi-monthly series.

Everyone involved got their chance to shine.

Raquel Gonzales channelled the spirit of Chyna with her look, Shotzi Blackheart was all energy, Candice LeRae played the bitch, Dakota Kai cowardly tried to avoid her rivals, Mia Yim was the composed veteran and Tegan Nox got a win she can point to in the future. Yep, this was good stuff.

Some of the best pay-per-views in history have opened with hot tag matches. This was reminiscent of the classics without stealing the best spots from more important bouts on the card. These women nailed everything they were going for.
