9 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Collision (July 1)

5. Rock Hard And Absolute Impress

AEW Collision Juice Robinson Ricky Starks
AEW

As on-screen characters, few in AEW can claim to match the presence and charisma of Juice Robinson and Ricky Starks. Juice's erratic intensity means you can't take your eyes off him, while the effortless cool and fire of babyface Starks is truly magnetic.

Of course, when it comes to in-ring work, Rock Hard and Absolute are also no slouches - and that was nicely showcased here on AEW Collision.

Continuing the burgeoning rivalry between Ricky Starks and Bullet Club Gold - which these days obviously has a nice sprinkling of CM Punk and FTR thrown into the mix - the Stroke Daddy and Juice had a great back and forth bout, with Ricky getting the win after reversing a jacknife pin attempt from Robinson.

It was maybe a smidge questionable to have the story of this match be Starks selling his left knee - with that having likewise been the story of Ethan Page earlier in the night - but there was just enough distance between those two matches to stop this being too much of an issue.
