9 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Mar 25)

5. Jake Hager Crushes

Jake Hager
AEW

Jake Hager looked awesome in his squash victory on Dark this week and continued his dominance on Dynamite, murdering poor Chico Adams in just over a minute.

'The Big Hurt' fought like a beast. Adams did next to nothing against him. He just showed up to do what he was paid for: take a few lumps, absorb a beating, then get put down by the Uranage/Triangle combo, allowing Hager to keep moving up the rankings towards Jon Moxley.

These past two Hager outings show the power of a well-done squash match, with Jake coming off more threatening and imposing than he did in the Dustin Rhodes bout at Revolution. More of these, please.
