9 Ups & 6 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Oct 11)

3. Everybody Talks Too Much

With The North scheduled to defend their World Tag Team Championships against the teams of Rich Swann and Willie Mack, and Rob Van Dam and Rhino at Bound For Glory, the champs were confronted backstage by their four challengers. What came next? Well, nothing, if we're being honest.

Even before Swann, Mack, Rhino, and RVD had wandered up, the promo wasn't anything we hadn't heard before from Ethan Page and Josh Alexander. It was essentially a repeat of what they had to say last week. At the very least, we could've seen a brawl here but instead, Page and Alexander removed themselves from the situation while the two challenging teams had a brief war of words.

Next week, we'll see a three way match with one member of each team so that's something. But why could the other members of the teams not have done the same thing this week? That would've made more sense than this.
