What initially looked like a goofy segment that was mildly inoffensive actually became a winner between the Viking Raiders and Street Profits.

We wouldn’t want to see this become a weekly segment, with the two tag teams engaging in feats of strength outside the ring doing strange activities, but Monday night’s basketball game between the two duos was perfectly serviceable. The Profits ran way with the game as the Raiders failed to grasp the basic concepts of the game. But after getting obliterated, the Raiders revealed they let the tag champs win.

Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins were understandably skeptical, but then Ivar started sinking three-pointers and reeled off a slam dunk, leaving the Profits speechless. It was a far better ending than having us believe two grown men didn’t know how basketball worked, like they were Vikings brought hundreds of years into the present day.
