9 Ups And 4 Downs From WWE Raw (May 11)

6. Catatonic Rollins Snaps

Watching a disheveled, despondent Seth Rollins wander out to the ring, his hair a mess and his gear not even properly strapped on, was quite a fun sight. It made Rollins look like he had blown a gasket and was completely out of sorts.

It was almost a shame that an errant strike from Rey Mysterio caused Seth to snap back to reality and then attack the luchador. But Rollins’ actions were perfectly despicable, as he attacked Rey’s eye, driving it into the corner of the steel steps. It was something so simple and yet so effective. There was no steel chair, no powerbomb through a table. Just Rollins shoving Mysterio’s head toward the edge of the steps.

A Mysterio/Rollins feud would be perfect, but if Rey’s on the shelf for a while, his tag partner Aleister Black would make for a perfect adversary. The two could have a bang-up rivalry, and it could elevate Black from a guy hanging around the midcard to a featured player.
