9 Ups And 4 Downs From WWE Raw (May 11)

7. MVP Developing A Stable?

That’s what it appears to be, as the former United States Champion has taken NXT tag team Shane Thorne & Brendan Vink under his wing, and was seen counseling Bobby Lashley Monday night.

MVP always has been a skilled talker, and with his in-ring career all but over, it’s probably a good time to transition to a managerial role. The idea of the braggadocios MVP leading a tag team and Lashley in a stable could be fun, and he could still get his hands dirty from time to time, kind of like a player/coach.

And hey, if this gets Lana out of the picture with Lashley for him to be taken seriously, then we’re all for it.
