9 Ways To Improve TNA Impact Wrestling

8. Release Half the Roster

BeFunky_the_tna_roster_join_the_salute_by_knightnephrite-d3fje3p_crop_650x440 TNA has WAY to many guys on the roster that are useless. Releasing them wouldn't hurt the ratings one bit and would only help push the good talent that they do have. You might not agree with my list but I'd let go of Alex Silvia (never heard of him? me either), Brooke Hogan (she's useless), Hulk Hogan Hulk Hogan Hulk Hogan (sorry brother), Doug Williams (who they don't use anymore), Mike Tenay (he's so generic and bland), Eric Young (who's a joke), Jesse Godderz (who?), Kazarian (horrible mic skills and irrelevant), Shark Boy (worst gimmick ever), Robbie E (a poor mans Zack Ryder), Crimson (can't talk), Rockstar Spud (pathetic), Christian York (gut check winner, HA!), Sam Shaw (another gut check winner. congrats) and last but not least, all of the Aces and Eights members with the exception of Bully Ray, Devon and Anderson which would mean releasing Wes Brisco, Garrett Bischoff, DOC, Mike Knox, Tazz and D'Lo Brown (NONE of these guys can talk and aren't necessary). Who does that leave? Abyss, AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Bully Ray, Chavo Guerrero, Chris Sabin, Christopher Daniels, Devon, Hernandez, James Storm, Jeff Hardy, Joey Ryan, Kenny King, Kurt Angle, Magnus, Matt Morgan, Mr. Anderson, Gunner, Rob Terry, Petey Williams, RVD, Samoa Joe, Suicide, Sting and Zema Ion. That's it, that's who I'd keep. If my math's right, that would mean releasing 20 wrestlers plus all the divas (they certainly don't draw a dime) and keeping the 25 guys I mentioned that you could build the company around. Not only would TNA save A LOT of money but they could produce a better quality show that would showcase their stars. 25 wrestlers is more than enough to fill 2 hours of TV time a week and I think I'm be generous at even keeping some of those 25. Unfortunately though, none of this will happen because of...
