I'll start off by saying that based on everything I've heard, Dixie Carter for all intents and purposes appears to genuinely be a very nice lady. THAT, unfortunately is the problem. She's too nice and she holds no one accountable for their actions (example: Austin Aries incident). She's too afraid to make the hard decisions and worst of all she's the biggest MARK of them all.
