Thankfully wrestling has now reached a point where women in the industry are able to play three-dimensional characters with their own hopes and ambitions, instead of just being referred to as "Woman".

But mid-'90s WCW was a very different time and place. In this case, the "Woman" in question was Nancy Sullivan, whose husband Kevin used his creative licence to book himself in a feud with Chris Benoit, the subject of which would be their mutual love for his own wife.

Now this sounds like a bad idea on paper, but Sullivan was apparently so desperate to keep kayfabe alive during this feud that he instructed the pair to travel with each other on the company's tour dates, and pretty much spend a whole load of time together in order to convince fans. And they did.
