8. Cody Rhodes At WCW Slamboree 1995
Cody Rhodes signed a contract to start in WWE back in 2006, but it was over a decade before that where he appeared as part of WCW's Slamboree 1995 event. It's not a surprise that Cody would make an appearance as a kid because his dad was Dusty Rhodes. He was more than just a wrestler. He was a booker for a lot of the time he was in NWA/WCW. Since Dusty was one of the wrestlers that WCW was inducting for their Hall of Fame that year (the third of three years where they had a Hall of Fame), Cody was there to witness the great moment for his dad. He appeared on camera when he was just nine years old and he held the trophy that was given to his dad. Cody talked about the appearance to WWE.com: "I think I was more nervous than I anticipated. Im standing next to my dad, not because I was supposed to, but because I was scared." He also spoke about his unique outfit: "I would wear a cowboy shirt, completely buttoned up, occasionally with a bolo. It meant tight jeans and a belt that matched my boots, which were monogrammed, and my dad would paint the leather in where it said Cody." It was a great start in the wrestling business for Cody. He's not even 30 yet and has a very bright future ahead of him.
