9 Wrestling Stipulations That Are Better Than Getting Fired

2. No Title Shots For X Amount Of Time

While it was previously mentioned that one stipulation would include Dolph Ziggler not getting his Intercontinental Title rematch, this entry suggests that all members of Team Cena are forbidden from any future title shots. John Cena, Big Show and Dolph Ziggler are all former World Champions, with Ryback seemingly being pushed for a top spot. Despite showing a sense of team unity, deep down every wrestler dreams of being WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and the Authority could€™ve used that as a better stipulation than firing Team Cena. The Authority could€™ve announced that, if Cena€™s team lost at Survivor Series, then none of them would get title shots for a certain period of time. Doing so would also revoke Cena€™s #1 Contender status for the WWEWHC, thus changing Brock Lesnar€™s opponent at the Royal Rumble. This would€™ve not only lit a fire under Team Cena to perform to the best of their abilities, but it would€™ve added an additional goal for each man. While the removal of the Authority is a noble team effort, there needs to be some kind of tangible individual reward as well. The prospect of not receiving World Title shots would certainly convince the Superstars on Team Cena to really work together, to forget past disagreements, and would hopefully elevate more of his teammates to the main event level.
