9 WWE Champions You Didn't Care Enough To Hate

2. Mark Henry

Great Khali World Heavyweight Champion

A year after Kane got his hands on the world title, it was the turn of fellow dyed-in-the-wool company man Mark Henry to cash in some of that goodwill he had been sitting on for the past 15 years.

By that point, however, the World's Strongest Man was seriously short on credibility, the inevitable consequence of things like fathering Mae Young's hand, being nicknamed "Sexual Chocolate", and losing just about every big pay-per-view match he had fought over the last decade.

On top of that, Henry's truck-sized frame no longer even seemed that impressive, our ability to be shocked by giants having been forever changed by the likes of Big Show and The Great Khali, both of whom towered over him.

Ironically, it was against the World's Largest Athlete that Henry would share the highlight of his reign - a ring-busting match at Vengeance 2011, which ended in a no contest. Aside from that, there was little to care about, and the audience reactions made that very clear from day one.
