As soon as Finn Bálor announced that his almost indestructible demon wouldn't be rising from the ashes once more in Phoenix, and instead that he was looking to prove himself as Becky Lynch's male counterpart (an Irish man, in other words), we knew his game was up.

WWE simply couldn't book the Demon to lose - and they likewise needed an explanation for why Bálor wouldn't channel the gradually less familiar familiar (even if it is a bit unconvincing).

WrestleMania plans do not revolve around Finn as champ. Besides which, a defeat early in the night might allow just enough time for the Demon to emerge from the depths later on...

Prediction: WrestleMania is not being headlined by Finn Balor.
