AEW All Out 2022: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

3. An Iconic Match Doesn’t Live Up To Hype

On paper, Chris Jericho vs. Bryan Danielson has the potential to be one of AEW's best supershow clashes this year. Both men will be motivated to put on a show, and Bryan will surely bring out the best in Jericho on the night. Or, y'know, the whole thing will be a crushing letdown.

No positivity, remember?

It's a nightmare thought to imagine that this battle of true greats could flounder, but stranger things have happened on major cards over the years. Perhaps the simmering subplot of Daniel Garcia remaining in JAS or joining the BCC will overshadow everything else that happens bell-to-bell.

If so, then this could end up being more Jericho vs. Kevin Owens from WrestleMania 33 than Chris and Danielson would care to admit. Hopefully not. Fingers crossed both legends bring their 'A' game, the Garcia stuff complements their match and this turns into one of the better showings All Out has on tap.
