AEW All Out 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen

6. The Elite = Trios Champs

Right, here's the sad truth: AEW doesn't need the Trios Titles, but they're here and everyone has to deal with it. That doesn't mean folks have to be super-excited for them though, because they'll only give Tony even more excuses to book random-ass multi-mans. He's really fond of those.

Few can see past Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks as the inaugural champs. The Elite are still one of AEW's most impressive acts when they're motivated, and it'd be a huge shocker if Best Friends or The Dark Order upset them to win the new straps.

Surely that won't be the plan this weekend.

Omega and The Bucks could march on towards flashy bouts vs. United Empire (again) and/or House Of Black. Of course, that all depends on just how good Malakai, Brody King and Buddy Matthews look against Darby Allin, Sting and Miro.

Crowning newsworthy champs and prepping effective challengers should be AEW's goal.
