1. Kenny Omega Vs. Pac

Result: Pac puts Omega to sleep with the Brutaliser (23:20).

Rating: Though the Moxley situation is unfortunate, giving fans a dream match as a replacement was a smart move, and it sure as hell delivered. Omega and Pac played off one another superbly, the pacing was perfect and the sparring was physical as hell.

They were given a ton of time to deliver a main event-caliber match, and even with Pac being as great as he is, him triumphing over Omega was a pleasant surprise (though a time limit draw also would've been a fine call).

Both men sold the exhaustion brilliantly in the final stretch with some remarkable selling, and Pac couldn't have asked for a stronger AEW debut. Match of the night by a nose. 8/10
