AEW Double Or Nothing 2021: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

8. Anthony Ogogo Sh*ts The Bed

Nightmare: Ex-boxer Anthony Ogogo has looked decent during his first run of AEW appearances. The way he dominated Austin Gunn on a recent episode of Dynamite was a good sign, but...pay-per-view is a different animal. What if he struggles to overcome the pressure against Cody Rhodes?

Chances Of Happening: Yours truly is torn.

On one hand, Rhodes is good enough and over enough to offset Ogogo's lack of experience. On the other, this is Double Or Nothing; it's practically AEW's version of WrestleMania, and the company can't afford to court any annoyed glances about the fact they're putting a wrestling rookie in there.

Though Anthony is no stranger to pressure situations, this isn't a real fight. He'll have to work with Cody to ensure they come out smelling of roses on the night, and that could be challenging for him. Here's hoping they keep it simple so Ogogo's confidence isn't rocked by a poor showing.
