AEW Dynasty 2024: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. Will Ospreay Wins

Only one result makes sense: A Will Ospreay victory. No interference from invaders on the Blackpool Combat Club or Don Callis Family sides needed, and defo no sort of screwy non-finish to set up a rematch next month at Double Or Nothing. That'd be a disaster, one which would play before boos and cheapen Dynasty as a pay-per-view.

Tony Khan doesn't want to put a sour taste in anyone's mouth with this dream match. Instead, he wants to wave the flag for professional wrestling and get back to basics by shining a spotlight on everything his company does right. AEW might not be perfect, but it does produce some stunning wrestling bouts.

Focus on that, Tony. It's more important than one-sided bickering with WWE.

Ospreay is the kind of worker AEW can build the promotion around. Again, he's wrestled marquee occasions under the All Elite banner, but never something this huge as a full-timer who's going to be relied upon later in the year. Give Will the win, then power forward from there.
