You knew this was coming.
Bryan Danielson is a majestic pro wrestler who defied odds in a Vince McMahon-led company over and over again. However, he isn't the right man to topple MJF and end the heel's first AEW World Title reign - at least not at Revolution mere months into Friedman's run.
MJF is the once-in-a-generation villain that Tony Khan should be building his product around throughout 2023. It's super-important then that Khan doesn't rewatch WrestleMania XXX before Sunday, then rock up to San Francisco's Chase Centre and p*ss the champ off by telling him he's dropping the gold.
This 60-minute 'Iron Man' is the ideal chance to hammer home just how great MJF is. He's the future of All Elite Wrestling, and could be the future of the biz as a whole. Cutting him down now would be looked back on as one of TK's worst mistakes.
It ain't gonna happen.
