3. Cody/Brandi Rhodes

One cannot discuss the subject of showing WWE what they're missing without bringing Cody into the discussion. As the comical gimmick Stardust towards the end of his run there, Rhodes cut a miserable figure. Fast forward just two years and he's grown into one of pro wrestling's most switched-on businessmen.

Alongside wife Brandi, Cody has shown there is life outside the McMahon-led bubble, and he's paved the way for others to profit from his vision. Sure, he hasn't done it all alone, but the son of Dusty Rhodes has displayed the same entrepreneurial spirit as his father, and he shares his dad's creativity.
