AEW's Adam Page Suffers Broken Ankle?
'Hangman' Adam Page may have broken his ankle on last night's AEW Dynamite.
With AEW Revolution on the imminent horizon - where he'll challenge for the AEW World Title - Adam Page may have suffered a serious ankle injury.
Last night's Dynamite saw Page team with Rob Van Dam and Hook to take on Samoa Joe, Swerve Strickland, and Brian Cage. Upon flipping out of a Muscle Buster attempt from Joe, Hangman landed uncomfortably, tagged out of the match, and didn't feature again in the contest.
Hangman Page at the end of Dynamite got out of the Muscle Buster before seemingly holding his ankle and kept saying "STOP, DON'T SHOOT ME" to the cameraman.

Speaking on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer speculated that the former AEW World Champion may have broken his ankle.
As Alvarez put it:
"He has to have it looked like, it could be a broken ankle. It does appear to be a serious ankle injury."
Meltzer then added:
"I think on Saturday's [AEW Collision] they're going to have to address it, yeah, if they think that he can't go. Just the nature of what happened, the preliminary thing... I heard from someone who was at ringside, who said when [Page] was on the ground right in front of them, he was basically saying he thought his ankle was broken. Hopefully not."
As alluded to, Revolution currently has Adam Page and Swerve Strickland challenging for Samoa Joe's AEW World Championship in a triple threat match. That PPV is now less than two weeks away, taking place on Sunday 3 March from the iconic Greensboro Coliseum.
A significant injury to Page would be a huge blow for AEW, with his rivalry with Strickland one of the hottest things in the promotion. As such, that AEW World Title bout is one of the most eagerly anticipated on the Revolution card.
Of course, if Hangman has to be pulled from Revolution, a Stickland vs. Joe match should still be exceptional, but here's hoping that Page's rough landing isn't as serious as it sounds.
All the best to Adam Page from all of us here at WhatCulture Wrestling.
