As anticipation continues to build for the arrival of NXT's newest free agent signing, it was revealed on the March 22nd episode of the Network show that the man now christened Aleister Black will make his long-awaited debut the night before WrestleMania 33 at TakeOver: Orlando.

After spending years making a name for himself on the independent circuit as Tommy End, the standout character with the unique moveset signed to WWE, who recently began airing "Fade to Black" vignettes heralding his coming.

Black has already been active on the NXT house show circuit and from all reports has acquitted himself well in his appearances. A seasoned veteran of independent promotions such as Progress and Evolve, the Dutch star announced that he will make his televised debut on April 1st.

Black will face Andrade “Cien” Almas in what could easily turn out to be the type of match to steal the show. It's especially interesting considering Almas - finally starting to build some momentum since his heel turn - is in the midst of a winning streak and the promotion will presumably want Aleister Black to make a big splash in his debut as well.

Those fans who are familiar with Tommy End's work on the indie scene have high hopes for his time in NXT and could easily see him becoming an impact player in the developmental league as well as when he receives his inevitable call-up to the main roster. He's such a compelling, one-of-a-kind performer that it's easy to see the WWE audience being drawn to him right out of the gate.

That leaves us with a TakeOver card that looks like this:

Bobby Roode (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the NXT championship.Asuka (c) vs. Ember Moon for the NXT women’s championship. The Authors of Pain (c) vs. The Revival vs. #DIY in an elimination triple threat for the NXT tag team championship. Aleister Black vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas
