IMPACT Wrestling's Larry D has requested his release from the company.

Larry last wrestled for IMPACT on 18 December at the IPWF Throwback Throwdown II event, wrestling under the alias of Badlands Bart in a Bullrope match loss to Jake Something, who was competing as Harry Hall. He had originally returned during the Wrestle House 2 special of IMPACT's weekly broadcast, marking his first IMPACT match since the 20 May Before The IMPACT.
After originally debuting with the company at the 2019 All Glory event, Larry D was offered his IMPACT contract in-ring following a loss to the disgraced Michael Elgin at No Surrender that December. Larry's former XXXL partner Acey Romero had received a similar in-ring offer following their All Glory encounter.
Though it's not yet been confirmed, expect Larry to be granted his release. Over the past year, a number of stars have departed IMPACT, either due to their contract expiring or having requested their release. Acey Romero, Rohit Raju, and Kiera Hogan are among the names to have left IMPACT as of late.
