Fightful Select is reporting that Mara Sade has become the latest wrestler to see her contract tick down with TNA management. However, according to the write up, negotiations are ongoing between Sade and the promotion. She's also "been in contact" with other companies on the pro wrestling map recently.

For those not in the know, Sade is former WWE star Jakara Jackson. She enjoyed a 4 year stint with the market leader between 2021-2025 before leaving. Reportedly, it was a mutual agreement more than anything, but it came at an interesting time because Jackson had been popping up on the main roster alongside tag-team partner Lash Legend.

Admittedly, those opportunities had started to dry up for the pair. Lash would go on to make her own splash on SmackDown and launch a new team with veteran Nia Jax that's still ongoing.

Post-WWE release, Mara showed up in TNA full time via the 24 July 2025 Impact. There, she was revealed as The IInspiration's partner against the Elegance Brand. That launched Sade's proper run in the organisation, but it's seemingly come to an end around a year later.

Or has it? Nobody seems to know for sure now, but it's true that Mara is technically a free agent as things stand. So, unless talks with TNA top brass go well, then she'll be leaving the group behind and moving on to other things.

Sade's latest TNA bout was a Knockouts Television Title Tournament first round loss to Tasha Steelz on the 2 July Impact (taped 24 hours before on 1 July).
