With Lash Legend making a shock appearance on this week's SmackDown, there's now a little bit more detail on Lash's WWE status.

Per WrestleVotes, as some fans had presumed, this was very much an official call-up for Legend, with the Boujee Bully now set to be a "fixture" on WWE's blue brand, paired up with Nia Jax.

For those who may have missed SmackDown, Lash Legend made her presence known during the Nia Jax vs. Charlotte Flair match, coming from the crowd to attack Alexa Bliss and causing enough of a distraction for Nia to get the win over the Queen. Later in the broadcast, Legend and Jax cut a backstage promo, with the pair promising to go "straight to the top".

While this was Lash's "official" SmackDown debut, the powerhouse has appeared on Friday nights previously, working four matches towards the end of last year; a tag team loss with Jakara Jackson against Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill; a singles win over Piper Niven; a fatal four-way bout won by Iyo Sky; and coming up short in the opening round of the tournament to crown the inaugural WWE Women's United States Championship.

Up next for Lash Legend, it appears a WWE Women's Tag Team Title shot could be on the horizon for her and Nia Jax, with reigning champs Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss having held those belts for precisely 100 days as of this writing.

As well as recent rumblings that Lash Legend was set for a main roster call-up, NXT's Jordynne Grace and Jacy Jayne are two other names believed to have been discussed internally for a spot on Raw or SmackDown.
