With recent reports of several TNA wrestlers' contracts due to be up before the end of the year, AJ Francis is another name you can add to that list.

Per Fightful Select, the former Top Dolla's existing TNA deal is set to expire before 2025 is out. However, it sounds like there's a good chance that Francis will remain with the Anthem promotion, with this Fightful report noting how the relationship between the two parties is good, that TNA is hopeful of keeping AJ, and that the talent himself has been happy with the opportunities given to him by TNA.

Interestingly, AJ Francis' previous TNA deal was up at the end of last year, and he actually became a free agent for a spell before ultimately re-signing with the company.

This all comes on the heels of reports in recent weeks and months that names like the Hardys and the IInspiration had deals coming up before the end of the year, not to mention now-former-TNA World Champion Mike Santana being in a similar position. Likewise, the Rascalz' Zachary Wentz is another whose current TNA contract is up at the end of the year, with there expected to be notable interest in the Rascalz should the group decide to explore free agency.

Of course, Joe Hendry is somebody who's now departed TNA, swapping TNA for WWE in a move where it's believed that WWE may have bought Hendry out of his TNA contract early. Whether there was a formal buyout or not, the Scot is now officially with WWE.
