Assessing The Likelihood Of WWE.com’s 2019 Wishlist

What WWE.com Wants: A SmackDown Tag-Team Title reign for The Miz and Shane McMahon. WWE's official website also went as far as calling both "co-parents" of the 'Best In The World' World Cup trophy and comparing their chemistry to Team Hell No and The Rock 'n' Sock Connection.

How Likely It is: It'll happen, if only for a short spell.

The Miz is coming across as such a disingenuous suck up in segments with Shane, and it's glorious to see. Few play the manipulative, lying piece of crap role better than he, and his cringeworthy behaviour is surely going to result in a feud between both heading into WrestleMania 35. Why not? There's no better spot for the pair than against one another.

The alternative would be more McMahon-led domination anyway. Seeing Shane get blown up as he fires off rabbit punches is hardly compelling television, or realistic pro wrestling. He's better off enjoying a short run as Tag Champs with his "best friend" before Miz stabs him in the back and they brawl at 'Mania.
