Assessing The Likelihood Of WWE.com’s 2019 Wishlist

1. NXT Becomes A Proper Part Of The Superstar Shake Up

What WWE.com Wants: For NXT to become a proper third brand on par with Raw and SmackDown. This'd mean the so-called developmental league would receive stars from both in return during the next Draft or Superstar Shake Up.

How Likely It is: We're sitting on the fence for this one.

On one hand, it'd be awesome to see WWE treat NXT as equal to both major brands. On the other, there's a chance the company would decide to send unwanted talent from Raw and SmackDown to NXT, which is something they've dabbled in before (Zack Ryder, Jinder Mahal etc) with varying levels of success.

It may just hurt NXT rather than help it if WWE elected to trade NXT's top talent for chumps elsewhere, so there'd have to be some balance. We do like the idea of Sasha Banks working a program with Kairi Sane and AJ Styles clashing with Johnny Gargano though.

At the same time, we can't help but shake the feeling that NXT is doing fine as it is.
