Batista Insults WWE Creative Team While Supporting Titus O'Neil

Former WWE Champion wants his friend Titus O'Neil to be used more.

Batista has never been shy about stating his opinions whether it's politically correct or not. That's why he took to Twitter to fire a shot at WWE's creative team with some interesting comments. Batista's good friends with WWE Superstar Titus O'Neil of the Prime Time Players tag team with Darren Young. O'Neil won an award this week for being the Celebrity Dad of the Year in the 2015 MEGA Dads Awards, which WWE employees promoted heavily and then congratulated O'Neil after he won. Here are the two Batista tweets he posted with the first one congratulating O'Neil and the second one that insulted WWE creative. https://twitter.com/DaveBautista/status/599551595756527616 https://twitter.com/DaveBautista/status/599553183459975168 You have to click on Twitlonger message to read it, but it goes like this:
WWE: "@TitusONeilWWE you're everything a WWE star should be! Get out there and represent our company!! " Titus: "Then why don't you give me a push?' WWE: "Sorry there's nothing for you creatively" #sameoldbulls**t
It was his way of mocking WWE creative by saying that the company will congratulate O'Neil for being a great father figure and role model that does a lot of media appearances, but they've never really given him a push. When they tried to give him a push after he broke up with Darren Young it really didn't go well, so the team got back together after Young had a major knee operation. While Batista was really only looking out for his friend, chances are good that WWE employees are not going to be happy with him sharing that with his nearly 1 million Twitter followers. The backstory with Batista and O'Neil is that they were neighbors in Florida while Batista was working in WWE and he encouraged O'Neil to pursue wrestling once his American football career was over. A few years later, O'Neil landed in WWE. Now 38 years old, O'Neil may have a hard time getting a big break as a singles star although the Prime Time Players team could become a big deal if they are given the opportunity to do so. If Batista ever returned to WWE, he has said he would want to work with O'Neil although Batista may never return due to his movie career and his age. He really doesn't need to wrestle anymore at this point in his life. Maybe that's why he feels comfortable taking shots at WWE creative from a distance.
