In the aftermath of low-blowing CM Punk at WWE Clash at Paris on Sunday, Becky Lynch has followed that up by cutting one of WWE's greatest promos of 2025 so far.

Of course, Clash in Paris saw the Man make a surprise appearance in the main event, coming to her husband Seth Rollins' side and hitting Punk low just as he was about to hit the Visionary with the GTS. With that, that allowed Rollins to hit his patented Stomp onto a steel chair to pin the Second City Saint and walk out of Paris still the World Heavyweight Champion.

Last night's Raw opened with the sight of CM Punk backstage, waiting for Seth Rollins to get to the building. Raw GM Adam Pearce tried to calm the Straight-Edge Superstar, but the veteran's mind was clearly made up about what he was there to do on Monday night: wait for Seth's arrival, then put a beating on him. This was a theme that continued throughout the show, with the camera cutting back to the pacing Punker several times, before Pearce eventually told him that, somehow, some way, Rollins had managed to get into the Paris La Défense Arena.

From there, the Chicagoan made his way to the ring to call out Seth Rollins, only for Rollins' music to instead usher out Becky Lynch, strutting around on the stage as she did her best Seth impression.

This led to an in-ring back-and-forth between CM Punk and Becky Lynch, and the two delivered absolute gold, with Becky in particular stealing the show.

To run through this promo exchange wouldn't do it justice, but it involved Punk calling Lynch's husband a coward, Becky venting her frustrations at people chanting for CM Punk during her matches years ago, how she's had to listen to Punk berate the father of her child, and that Punk is the poster child for apathy.

Eventually, we did get Seth Rollins coming out to join the action, standing in the entrance way as Becky Lynch then slapped the s**t out of CM Punk in the ring. As Punk calmly put it, "You're gonna regret putting your hands on me" - as the AJ Lee return teases continue.

All in all, a great piece of business from all involved, one of the most memorable segments of the year, and we continue to edge closer to CM Punk & AJ Lee vs. Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch.
