Booker T has shot down rumours of him returning to the ring alongside Bad Bunny at WWE WrestleMania 37.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Book said that the circumstances would have to be right for him to ever mount a comeback, calling the 'Mania talk "100% a rumour":-

"While I can say that it is 100% - I think it came from Meltzer - I think it is 100% a rumor. No one has talked to me about it as far as having a match at WrestleMania. No one has talked to me about tag teaming with Bad Bunny to go against anyone. I'm not going to be at WrestleMania in any capacity other than being behind the desk as of right now. Always, though, 'card subject to change' in professional wrestling. And the thing is, if there's an outside chance of me walking the aisle at WrestleMania, I would take it."

The rumour Booker is referencing actually emanated from eWrestlingNews.com's Ryan Clark, not Dave Meltzer, and pointed towards the WWE Hall of Famer teaming with Bad Bunny to face The Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania. Meltzer reported Bunny and current Raw ally Damian Priest as a potential WM37 direction over the weekend.

Booker went on, saying that one of WWE's Saudi Arabian shows would be a good place for him to come back for a one-off match.

Now 55 years old, Booker actually wrestled as recently as February 2020, reviving his old GI Bro gimmick for a tag match in his own Reality of Wrestling promotion.
