There is no one in all of wrestling like Brock Lesnar when it comes to flat-out viciousness. No one can match his intensity, his power, his brutality or his real-life credentials. He is a once in a lifetime force of nature.

Fighting him in the octagon is a great way to end up in the hospital. Facing him in a wrestling ring isn’t particularly easy either, as we saw at SummerSlam. The ending to Orton vs. Lesnar was particularly brutal, and unlike anything we'd seen in a WWE ring in years. The blood pouring out of The Viper's head induced a large gasp from the crowd, but that was nothing new for The Beast.

Lesnar is a man that loves to dish out punishment, and doesn’t mind taking it as well. He puts on the absolutely most brutal, and realistic matches you can find in WWE. No one else even comes close. Here we take a look back at his most vicious matches over the length of his relatively short, but incredible, career.

The matches here aren’t necessarily his best ones, otherwise his classic with Eddie Guerrero at No Way Out 2004, or his WrestleMania 19 main event would be discussed. The fights ranked are the ones where he dished out, or received, the most damage.

These showdowns aren't for the squeamish, but for those fans looking for a dose of brutality in their day, here are Brock Lesnar's 10 most vicious matches.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
